  Umar actively took part in spearheading the creation of the World’s first and most important New Media consulting practices & software, such as development of “Effect Plus” through which he restored and coloured the first all-time Indian classic “Mughal-e-Azam" for the cinemascope release.
  He was the Managing Director of Indian Academy of Arts & Animation (IAAA). Umar received several national and international awards for his contribution to IT & Media industry. He is a founding member of Animation Producers Association of India-APAI (founded under FICCI) & a permanent member of AMPTPP.
  He was featured into international magazines & newspapers such as India Today, Business Today, India Abroad, The Telegraph, Filmfare, Times of India, rediff.com, Khaleej Times, Legal India etc and has been interviewed by electronic media such as the BBC, NDTV,CNN-IBN, on Zoom, SABC, CNBC etc.
  He is an outstanding and public speaker on topics ranging from Governance to Compliance, Anti-Corruption & Integrity, Business Ethics & Transparency, AML, Education, National Integration, Peace & Reconciliation, Higher Education, Media etc.
  He has also developed revenue information systems, security information systems, most recently working on Non-Interest Banking software & RFID technology for few of his prestigious international clients.
  His technical, engineering and account management expertise served clients such as JRI Group, TGC Holdings, Shapoorji Pallonji & Co, Universal Studios, Legend Films, NAWADCO,NBCC, Abu Dhabi Investment Company, CITIC, Adlabs Entertainment Limited, Imagica Parks etc.
  He is also the Founder President of the prestigious Anti-Corruption Academy (ACA) which is the first of its kind of Academy in India and the SAARC region. He is also the Founder of India’s credible Think-Tank “Idea of India” foundation which works for National Integration, communities development, communal harmony, peace & reconciliation.
  He is actively involved in the education and research sectors and is the Chairman of the Global Education and Research Foundation. The foundation is very active in the education field all across the Northern India, particularly in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi Region. He also leads an internal program management group at Global Pact Holdings-South Africa, responsible for developing project/financial controls applications for the Planning and promotion of the company and group clients.
  Umar has also worked as a Principal Consultant for DMMC, UAE, where he helped the Consulting and Auditing Services Division expand into the Internet technology services division. Umar graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems (CIS) & a post specialization in Financial management in which he studied a great deal of technology delivery and management systems.
  In 2004, along with his other partners, he ventured into the real estate & construction industry, looking after international projects & financial management of the group companies. He is also the brain behind planning & designing the first of its kind of Media City in New Mumbai, and is leading a team of developers and experts, who have taken up the restoration and refurbishment of world heritage buildings and India's first luxury hotel "Watson Hotel" 1872, now Esplanade Mansion located at prestigious the Kala Ghoda, South Bombay.

  A post graduate in Science having over 28 years of experience in various fields ranging from Management to Health, Education, R&D,IT,Project management and public relationship. He successfully worked as a managing Director of a private multi-specialty hospital for 12 years in Delhi. He is Managing Director of R&D based Company Biophemy Life Care Pvt Ltd. He is also board member and Treasurer of India's prestigious Know More..... Anti -Corruption Acedmy (ACA) India.
  His flavor for serving humanity has made him a force to reckon with. He is successfully running Jandhara as a national President in a Delhi based NGO which has given him an opportunity to work extensively in the Education and Human Resources Sector.
  He has in-depth skills and knowledge in the diverse spectrum of various trades and their process. He is managing not only social but also corporate related responsibilities as a team leader.

  Colonel N P Singh (Retd.)

  Colonel N P Singh is a Retired Colonel from the Indian Armed Forces, a Post Graduate from IIT, Bombay and a Chartered Engineer.   Post retirement in 2006, Colonel Singh has held various leadership roles in Infrastructure, Real Estate, Facility Services, Healthcare & Technology company across India, US & Israel; where he has been involved in Business Development, forging Joint Ventures, Projects and Government liaison.
  Colonel Singh brings in astute understanding of various industries and has been on an advisory roles for board development, leadership transition & succession and organizational effectiveness. A seasoned Administrator, Facilitator, Consultant and Trainer, he enjoys guiding boards and organizations through critical junctures in their development.

  Dr Mohammad Abul Mufazzal

  PhD Corporate Communication and International Relations

  A PhD, acclaimed writer and researcher has contributed in the diverse fields of study, research, media, business and dialogue activities. In his capacity of being multilingual has spoken from national and international stages including United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) New York. Know More..... Notably he has presented a paper discussing global citizenship and cultural understanding and the role that multilingual ability can play in fostering sustainable development in the United Nations General Assembly, New York City, 2014.
